Our Mental Wellbeing tests involve confidential questionnaires to help assess four aspects of your psychological wellbeing that are linked to stress: anxiety, depression/mood, resilience, and engagement.
Stress is common and can lead to serious illnesses if not addressed. Recognising that you are stressed will help you work out better ways to deal with pressure and protect you from adopting unhealthy ways of coping such as smoking, drinking alcohol, overeating/under-eating or using drugs to relax.
Anxiety (GAD7)
The GAD7 test helps assess your anxiety levels. Most of us feel anxious from time to time, but regular feelings of anxiety can be damaging to our mental and physical health.
Depression (PHQ8)
The PHQ8 test is designed to assess your mood, helping to identify whether you may be struggling with a persistent low mood or feelings of depression which may need to be addressed.
Resilience (RAQ8)
The RAQ8 resilience test uses 8 key questions to assess your capacity to overcome adverse events, as well as your ability to grow and develop as a consequence of these events.
Engagement
The engagement test assesses how engaged you are while you’re at work, giving an indication of how happy you are in your current role and working environment.
