All the male cancer risk checks you

need

Our male cancer risk packages are designed to check your general health, while also giving you insight into your risk of a number of cancers relevant to your sex assigned at birth. Some cancers can be easier to treat when identified at an early stage, making monitoring your risk factors all the more important. Our health checks aren't designed to worry or concern you. That's why these packages are only medically suitable for those aged 40-79 due to the risk of false positives or negatives.

What does a cancer risk check

involve?

Your cancer risk check is quick, easy and completely non-invasive. At your appointment, we'll take a couple of painless blood samples and measure your lung function. You'll then be given kits to take home to take the other samples (including a urine and stool sample) from the comfort of your home. Once you've received your results report, you can book your Private GP Consultation at a time and date that suits you.

The GP will have a copy of your results report so you'll be able to talk through any areas of concern and ask any follow-up questions you may have.

My test highlighted a prostate problem, which was later diagnosed as prostate cancer. I did not have any symptoms at the time. It appears as if the cancer has been caught in time and I expect to make a full recovery. If I had not been tested by Bluecrest, I doubt whether I would have been able to make a full recovery.
