Select and book your package
Select your package and choose your appointment venue, time and date. Our network covers the whole of the UK so you should be able to find a convenient location within 20 minutes of your home or work. Book online anytime or call if you have any questions before booking.
2.
Attend your appointment
Your Health Assessment Specialist will take your blood sample and ask a few questions about your health and lifestyle. They'll also give you self-collection kits to take home with you. Within around 30 minutes, you'll be free to leave and carry on with your day.
3.
Take your home samples
Your home test kits include clear instructions on how to take small samples of stool and urine from the comfort of your own home. Once you've taken your samples, pop them in the post to our laboratory in the packaging provided.
4.
Receive your results report
Your results will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. If any concerning results are found while we're processing your samples, we'll call you straight away so you can take appropriate action.
5.
Book your GP Consultation
It can be difficult to find the time to see your own GP, so we try to make it easy. After you've received your full results report, you'll be able to book your Private GP Consultation at a time and date that suits you. The GP will have a copy of your results report so you'll be able to talk through any areas of concern and ask any follow-up questions you may have.
