How does it

work?

A health monitoring subscription saves you 15% on your first health assessment, covers each repeat discounted re-assessment in full (plus a FREE mid-year health check exclusively for subscribers), and saves you 15% on any personalised tests you want in the future.

How does it work?
  • 1.

    Choose your package today and subscribe at check-out

    Start by choosing from our full range of health assessment packages and add any additional tests. 12-month retesting packages start at just £143.70 today + £11.98 per month. Book online and select the subscription option at check out.

  • 2.

    Attend your appointment

    Attend your first full assessment at one of our local clinic locations (we have 300+) as soon as the next day. Our friendly Health Assessment Specialists are fully trained in Phlebotomy (blood-taking), they may take some key measurements as well as a couple of small blood samples during your appointment. The whole process will only take up to 25 minutes, sometimes a little longer depending on your package.

  • 3.

    Laboratory processing

    Your samples and readings taken during your appointment are sent to our laboratory for processing. We use the leading laboratories in the UK, together with a specialist cardiology centre for all Electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. If anything concerning is identified while your results are being processed, we'll call you straight away.

  • 4.

    Receive your test results

    Your results will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. Each one of your test results is explained in detail, and given a flag of red, amber or green - this allows you to easily see any areas for concern at a glance.

    6 months later: Your FREE mid-year health check

    As a subscriber, you can book in for your FREE mid-year check in a local clinic to update your key stats and blood results. This extra peace of mind is exclusively for our subscribers.

    Your full annual re-assessment

    Your full re-assessments are included in your subscription, so you’ll be booked in for a full re-assessment and suite of re-tests in 12 months time with nothing more to pay.

  • Exclusive discounts - save 15% on your first health assessment, 15% on any personalised tests you may wish to add to your chosen package, and on ALL future bookings.
  • Plus get a FREE mid-year health check every 6 months.
  • Payments are conveniently spread over 12 months making it easy and affordable to help you monitor your health.

If you are purchasing a health monitoring subscription online, you can add up to 5 personalised tests to your package and get 15% off the standard test price.

If you wish to add any further personalised tests to your subscription, please contact our customer service team on 0808 168 7867 or email customerrelations@bluecresthealth.com who will be happy to help.

Alternatively, you can choose to add any personalised tests to your chosen package during your health assessment by speaking with your Health Assessment Specialist (HAS) during your appointment.

You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis, for 12 months, to cover the cost of your next health assessment. This means that payments will be automatically deducted each month.

If your payment fails, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank details: verify that the payment method linked to your account is correct and active.
  • Retry the payment: Contact your bank to resolve the issue.
  • Update payment information: if your bank details have changed, please update them by contacting our support team on 0808 168 7867.

To sign up for a Bluecrest Health Monitoring Subscription, please click ‘Book Now’ on your chosen package, chose your preferred venue, booking date and time and select the Subscription payment option at checkout.

When choosing this option, a 15% discount will be applied to your first health assessment and any additional tests you may have added. You can follow the steps to set up your ongoing payment and you will receive further information by email after your booking has been processed.

Yes. You have a 14-day cooling off period after setting up your subscription, that allows you to cancel any service purchased by mail order, over the phone or online.

After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, a minimum commitment of three months applies when signing up for a Bluecrest Health Monitoring Subscription. If you cancel during the first three months, a cancellation fee may apply.

You can cancel any time after the 3 months without any cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first three payments by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0808 168 7867 or emailing customerrelations@bluecresthealth.
